The Principal’s Playbook Fair Use Policy

We’re so glad you’re here - and we want this resource to be used widely and ethically.

By purchasing The Principal’s Playbook, you agree to the following:

1) Individual school licence

Your purchase grants one licence for one school (your organisation).
It is not permitted to purchase once and share access across multiple schools, campuses, or systems.

If you’re purchasing for a school system or multi-campus organisation, please contact us for a multi-school licence.

2) Login sharing is not permitted

Access is provided for the purchaser and approved staff within the purchasing school.
You may not:

• share logins outside your school,

• forward access to other schools, or

• upload/share course content externally (including via Google Drive, Teams, Dropbox, etc.).

3) Intellectual property

All materials inside The Principal’s Playbook (videos, templates, tools, exercises, and written lessons) are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of School Marketing Manifesto.

You may use the materials internally to improve your school’s marketing — but you may not reproduce, republish, or sell them in any form.

4) Access period

Access is provided for 12 months from the date of purchase/payment, unless otherwise stated. This helps ensure the Playbook is implemented (not saved for later).
