I get it. It can seem almost impossible to carve out time to sit down and write a traditional marketing plan when you’re working in schools.

That’s why I designed a customised framework - just for schools - to make developing marketing strategies easier, quicker and more enjoyable.

But it now goes further than that. I quickly realised that some schools need additional support with developing the strategy simply due to a lack of time and/or human resources.

I now offer three options to help schools develop, implement and action their marketing strategy:

Do it yourself framework

 The Strategic School Marketing Framework walks you through the parent journey at your school, starting from awareness through to graduation and beyond.

There is a series of 12 strategy documents - one for each stage of the journey - and you’re supported by a brief video tutorial to help you complete each one.

It’s designed so that you can complete as many or as few stages as you want or need, in your own time. Best of all, the completed strategy documents form your marketing plan when you’re done!

You’ll also receive a suite of additional tools to present your marketing plan effectively and showcase your exceptional work.

Best for: Schools with a dedicated marketing team or member with the capacity available to work on the framework.

The Strategic School Marketing Framework helps to identify your marketing strategies and then display them in a way that is interesting, efficient and actionable.

Done for you framework

The Strategic School Marketing Framework has been designed to make writing a strategic marketing plan easy, efficient and actionable.

However, while the framework takes a fraction of the time it takes to write a traditional marketing plan, you do still have to allocate some time to doing it (it’s a cruel world, I know).

In some school marketing offices, there is simply no capacity for the marketing team to complete any form of marketing plan. That’s why I now offer a service where I complete the framework, in close consultation with your marketing and leadership teams.

Your team will have an actionable and strategic marketing plan that will help them to stay on task, be more efficient and save time and money.

Your consulting Marketing Director

The reality is that not every school has the capacity for a Marketing Director.

In many cases the “Marketing Department” is just one person, tasked with a whole suite of different responsibilities.

These staff members are worth their weight in gold, but any school that expects them to build out a strategic marketing plan while they are dealing with all their other competing tasks is being unrealistic.

That’s where having a consulting Marketing Director can come in handy for schools in this position.

In addition to creating the strategic roadmap for the marketing and enrolments for the school, having a consulting Director on hand to mentor your marketing staff and provide an experienced sounding board will help them to kick major goals…at the fraction of the cost of a full time Marketing Director.
